Remote Help Desk Associate

About the job

Good fits are patient, friendly, and comfortable learning new systems. Previous call center or retail experience helps but is not required for every team. Help customers by phone, chat, and email from home. You will answer questions about orders, accounts, and billing, and write clear notes on every contact. Paid training is fully remote and runs for the first two weeks on a fixed schedule. After training you will pick a shift that fits your week. You need a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, and the ability to stay focused during back-to-back contacts.
