What we collect

If you take the quiz, we store the answers you give: the states you can work in, the schedule you want, your experience, whether you have a computer, when you can start, and anything you tick on the last question. When you finish, we store your email address and phone number, and whether you asked for texts.

We also record how you arrived — the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link — and which listings you click Apply on. That is how we know which employers are worth keeping.

What we do with it

We match your answers to listings and send you the ones that fit, by email and, if you asked for it, by text. We share your profile with employers and partners for jobs you select, which is what you agreed to when you finished the quiz. We do not sell your information to anyone else, and we never charge you anything.

Who else sees it

The services that run the site see what they need to: our database host, our email and text providers, and our analytics and advertising tools. Each one is bound by its own agreement with us.

Your choices

Your matches page has an Edit my answers link and a Pause emails button. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP to any text stops the texts. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, or to stop sharing it, on the do not sell or share page.
