**Job Summary** We’re hiring someone to handle customer conversations across phone, email, and chat as part of our support team. You’ll check on orders, answer account questions, and guide people through routine troubleshooting. A lot of the day happens in our ticketing system, pulling up details and finding the right answer. Some shifts move fast, others give you more breathing room. You’ll log what happened on each ticket so nothing falls through the cracks, and you’ll check back on anything that’s still unresolved.
